SiteGround Hosting EOOD, registered in Bulgaria, is the controller of your personal data. Our address is 6 Olimpiyska St., 7th floor, Vitosha District, Sofia.

To participate in the challenge, we need your full name, email address, and photos. This information helps us identify participants, track progress, and award prizes. Without it, you won’t be eligible for awards.

We process your data to manage the event, recognize participants, and support our employer branding. If you give explicit consent, your photos might be published on our website and social media. We may also use your data for internal communications based on our legitimate interest as the event organizer.

How We Store Your Data:

Your personal data will be stored electronically for up to one year. However, winners’ information may be kept longer to comply with legal requirements. Data processed with your consent, such as photos, will be kept until you withdraw your consent.
